Overview

How TWINJAM works with Trello

Smaller studios and content teams often run client work on a single Trello board per engagement. It is simple, which is the point, and it also means a new card for an extra landing page looks exactly like a contracted one. TWINJAM watches the boards you connect and maps each card, and each checklist item, to a deliverable in the SOW.

Checklists are where Trello scope creep hides. A card called Landing page is in scope, but its checklist quietly grows from three sections to nine. TWINJAM compares checklist growth with the deliverable's definition and acceptance criteria, and flags the expansion with the clause and an hour range.

TWINJAM requests read-only access to the boards you connect. It does not move cards, add members or change due dates.

In practice

Three sections became nine

The Landing page card's checklist grows from three sections to nine over two weeks. TWINJAM flags the expansion against clause 3.1 so the account manager can offer a quick add-on instead of absorbing the extra build.

The payload on the right is the event TWINJAM emits to your triage feed and to outbound webhooks, so you can route it into your own reporting.
