A tight SOW is half the job. The other half happens in Slack.
82% of out-of-scope requests first appear in Slack or Teams, not tickets (TWINJAM onboarding audit, 2026). TWINJAM turns your SOW into live boundary rules and watches those channels for you.
Audit FAQ
How the audit works.
No. The file is read and analyzed entirely in your browser. Client names, rates, emails and phone numbers are anonymized locally first. The only thing sent to us is the email address you enter to receive the PDF, with your score.
Every SOW starts at 100. Points come off for each ambiguous phrase (more for repeated use), for each common exclusion that is not explicitly stated, and for a missing revision cap, acceptance criteria, change control clause or stated assumptions. The rules are deterministic, so the same text always gets the same score.
Text-based PDFs, Word DOCX and plain text. Scanned PDFs have no text layer, so paste the text instead. Google Docs can be downloaded as DOCX first.
No. The audit flags operational scope risks. Have your Master Services Agreement and SOW templates reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
Watch every live project against its SOW, not just the template.
