About TWINJAM

We built the referee we wished we had when the client asked for “one small thing.”

TWINJAM was started in Mumbai by Manish Jaiswal for agencies tired of choosing between margin and the client relationship.

Why we exist

Scope creep is rarely a fight. It is a hundred polite favours nobody wrote down.

TWINJAM started with a ledger. In 2025, before the company was incorporated, Manish Jaiswal and the founding team sat down with agency operators and added up a year of write-offs: roughly 1,900 hours of unbilled work across 14 fixed-fee projects.

Almost none of it came from a formal change request. It came from “can we just” in a shared Slack channel, a new Jira ticket that looked like the old one, a pull request that quietly added an integration. Developers built it because they wanted to help. PMs let it go because raising it felt confrontational, and by the time finance noticed, the hours were gone.

Our thesis is simple. Agencies do not need a tool that argues with clients. They need a neutral referee: something that reads the signed SOW, watches where requests actually arrive, and quietly tells the PM, with the clause and the evidence, when a request crosses the line. The PM decides what happens next. Most of the time the client says yes, because an itemized, cited change order is easier to approve than a vague complaint about budget.

Operating principles

Six rules we hold ourselves to, in the product and in the company.

They decide roadmap arguments, security reviews and how we write the copy on a flag card.

Neutral by design

We compare the request to the contract and show both. We never decide who is right; the clause and the thread do.

The PM approves everything

Clients never receive an automated message. Every flag, note and change order passes through a person who owns the relationship.

Evidence over opinion

Every flag cites the exact SOW clause, the message permalink and an hour estimate, so the conversation starts from facts.

Read-only by default

Least-privilege OAuth, allow-listed channels only, and write access limited to your private alert channel and approved envelopes.

Your IP is not training data

Zero model training on customer content, zero-retention inference, and non-flagged messages are never stored.

Precision before volume

A noisy tool gets muted. We would rather miss a borderline request than flood a PM with false alarms.

Leadership

Operators first, engineers always.

Half of our leadership team has run delivery or client services at an agency. The other half has shipped document AI and security programs at scale.
