Margin burn

Burn ahead of progress is the earliest warning you get.

Pick a project and scrub through the weeks. When the coral burn line pulls away from the deliverables line, the forecast and the unbilled creep tell you why.

FAQ

Questions PMs and founders ask

Contracted fee and milestones come from the parsed SOW and signed change orders. Hours come from Harvest, Toggl Track, Clockify or ClickUp time tracking. Cost rates come from your settings or, on Scale, from NetSuite. Billed and collected amounts come from QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite.

TWINJAM projects hours at completion from hours consumed and the share of contracted deliverables accepted so far, multiplies by your loaded cost rate, and compares that with the contracted fee plus signed change orders. It updates every time time entries or ticket states sync.

The percentage of delivered hours that convert into billed revenue. Hours spent on flagged, uncontracted work reduce realization until a change order recovers them, so the tracker shows exactly which requests are dragging it down.

No. It is an internal view for agency leadership and account managers, used to plan renewals, adjust SOW templates and set expectations at kickoff. It is never shared outside your workspace.
