    Upstream delay in Slack Events API delivery. No events were lost; flags arrived up to 9 minutes late.

    1. Investigating 09:12 UTCFlags from Slack channels are arriving later than usual. We are checking event intake.
    2. Identified 09:24 UTCSlack is delivering events with a delay. Our queue is healthy and processing events as they arrive.
    3. Monitoring 09:41 UTCDelivery times are back to normal. Backlog fully processed.

    An expired DocuSign integration key for EU-region workspaces. Approved change orders were queued and sent automatically after the fix.
