1. About this list
TWINJAM uses the subprocessors below to deliver the service. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum, and each was reviewed by our security team before engagement and is re-reviewed annually.
To receive 30 days' notice of changes, workspace admins can subscribe under Settings, Security, Subprocessor updates, or email privacy@twinjam.com.

5. Integrations you connect
Slack, Microsoft, Atlassian, Linear, GitHub, Harvest, Clockify, QuickBooks, DocuSign, PandaDoc and other tools you connect are not TWINJAM subprocessors. They are services you contract with directly, and TWINJAM accesses them on your instruction using the permissions you grant.
TWINJAM is an operational scope monitoring and change management tool. TWINJAM parses contract documents for tracking purposes and does not provide formal legal representation or binding legal counsel. Agencies should have formal Master Services Agreements reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
