1. Our commitment
TWINJAM is used by project managers, delivery leads and finance teams with a wide range of abilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across twinjam.com, the TWINJAM web app and the change order documents it generates.
2. What we do
- Accessibility acceptance criteria on every design ticket, reviewed before release.
- Automated axe-core checks in continuous integration for every pull request.
- Manual testing each quarter with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, plus keyboard-only and 200% zoom passes.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences; animations are short and never required to understand content.
- Change order PDFs are generated as tagged PDFs with a logical reading order.
3. Conformance status
The marketing site and web app are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA, meaning some content does not yet fully conform. Our most recent internal audit was completed in July 2026.

4. Feedback and support
If you meet a barrier, email support@twinjam.com with the subject "Accessibility" or call +91 (022) 4973-3636. We reply within 2 business days and can provide information in an alternative format on request.
TWINJAM is an operational scope monitoring and change management tool. TWINJAM parses contract documents for tracking purposes and does not provide formal legal representation or binding legal counsel. Agencies should have formal Master Services Agreements reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
