TWINJAM
  1. v2.9
    NewImproved

Retainer deliverable caps and per-client scope memory

Retainer agencies can now model monthly deliverable caps (for example 8 ad variants and 2 landing pages a month), and TWINJAM remembers how each PM resolved past gray-area requests for that client.

    • New retainer cap rules count deliverables per calendar month and flag the first request over the cap, not every request after it.
    • Scope memory: when a PM marks a request as in scope, similar requests for the same client are auto-accepted with a visible note and citation.
    • Client creep scorecard now shows a 6-month trend line per account.
    • Flag cards show which rule version they were evaluated against.
  2. v2.8
    New

State of Agency Scope Creep 2026 and margin telemetry v2

We published the State of Agency Scope Creep 2026 benchmark, built from anonymised onboarding audits of 412 fixed-fee projects across 61 agencies. Margin telemetry now compares your projects with the benchmark ranges.

    • Benchmark overlay on the margin telemetry dashboard, with percentile bands by agency type.
    • Burn versus contracted progress chart now separates in-scope hours from hours spent on flagged requests.
    • CSV and PDF export for project realization reports.
  3. v2.7
    NewConnectors

    GitHub PR scope inspector

Pull requests are now compared with the SOW and the linked ticket. A PR that adds an endpoint, screen or integration nobody contracted gets a quiet note in the PM feed before it merges.

    • Reads PR titles, descriptions, branch names, changed file paths and diff statistics through a GitHub App with read-only permissions.
    • Source file contents are processed in memory for classification and never stored.
    • Optional check run that marks a PR as needing PM review, never blocking merges by default.
  4. v2.5
    ConnectorsSecurity

Microsoft Teams connector and India data residency

Microsoft Teams joins Slack as a monitored chat channel, using resource-specific consent so TWINJAM only reads the client channels an admin selects. Workspaces can now pin all customer data to our AWS Mumbai region.

    • Teams connector using Microsoft Graph resource-specific consent with ChannelMessage.Read.Group.
    • Alerts delivered as Adaptive Cards to a private PM channel.
    • India data residency in AWS ap-south-1, alongside existing US and EU regions.
    • DPDP Act 2023 addendum available in the Legal Center.
  5. v2.3
    ConnectorsImproved

Harvest, Clockify and QuickBooks Online sync

Time entries now flow in from Harvest and Clockify, and signed change orders can be pushed to QuickBooks Online as invoice line items.

    • Hours logged against flagged requests are highlighted as unbilled scope until a change order is signed.
    • Signed change orders create a draft invoice line in QuickBooks Online with the SOW citation in the memo.
    • Role-based rate cards per client, used for change order pricing.
  6. v2.0
    New

Change order generator is generally available

Change orders move out of early access. Every draft is itemized, cites the SOW clause it extends, estimates hours from your rate card, and can be sent for signature through DocuSign or PandaDoc after PM approval.

    • Fixed-price addendum, hourly and milestone adjustment formats.
    • Branded templates with your logo, payment terms and signature blocks.
    • DocuSign and PandaDoc envelopes created only after a PM clicks approve.
    • Median time from flag to approved draft in early access: under 3 minutes.
  7. v1.8
    Security

SOC 2 Type II report and SSO with SCIM

TWINJAM completed its SOC 2 Type II examination covering the Security, Availability and Confidentiality criteria. Scale plan workspaces can now use SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning.

    • SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA from the Security page.
    • SAML SSO with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.
    • SCIM 2.0 user provisioning and deprovisioning.
    • Audit log export for workspace admins.
  8. v1.5
    Connectors

Linear and GitHub Issues backlog audit

Backlog audit now covers Linear and GitHub Issues in addition to Jira. New tickets without a matching SOW deliverable get a Scope drift badge in the PM feed.

    • Linear OAuth app with read-only scope.
    • GitHub Issues via the TWINJAM GitHub App.
    • Bulk triage: accept, dismiss or convert up to 25 drift flags at once.
  9. v1.0
    NewConnectors

Public launch with Slack and Jira

TWINJAM opened to agencies with SOW parsing, Slack channel monitoring and Jira backlog audit. Alerts go only to a private PM channel; clients never receive automated messages.

    • SOW and MSA parser for PDF and Word documents with deliverable, exclusion and revision cap extraction.
    • Slack app limited to allow-listed shared client channels.
    • Jira Cloud backlog audit with clause citations.
    • Private PM triage feed with accept, dismiss and in-scope actions.
  10. v0.6
    New

Private beta with nine Mumbai and Pune agencies

The first version of the SOW parser and Slack monitor went live with nine design and software agencies. Their PMs reviewed every flag by hand, and those reviews shaped how confidence scores work today.

    • Clause extraction for deliverables and explicit exclusions.
    • Slack monitor in read-only mode with a daily digest instead of real-time alerts.
    • Manual change order templates exported to Word.
