TWINJAM

For IT, cloud & systems integration consultancies

Keep enterprise cloud and ERP migrations on budget and on scope.

TWINJAM turns contract assumptions into a live register, watches the channels where enterprise programs actually change, and gives your engagement leads evidence for every change request.

Where consultancy margin goes

Enterprise scope does not creep. It drifts, slips and gets cleaned up for free.

Multi-stakeholder programs change in architecture reviews, steering committees and vendor threads. By the time it reaches a ticket, the team has already absorbed it.

Architecture drift

The landing zone you scoped is not the one being built.

A second region for DR, an extra account for a new business unit, a service mesh nobody priced. TWINJAM compares Terraform pull requests and architecture threads with the contracted target state.

Contracted: 3 accounts in one region. Requested: second regionap-south-1 · contractedprodstagesharedap-southeast-1 · requestedwarm standby

Multi-vendor dependency delays

The payroll vendor is two weeks late with API credentials. Without a timestamped record, the delay becomes your problem at the next steering committee.

Uncontracted data migration cleanup

The SOW assumes cleansed source data. The data is not clean, and the team is asked to “just fix it during the load”.

Infrastructure provisioning creep

A fourth UAT environment, extra VPN tunnels, one more integration endpoint. Each is small, and together they consume the contingency.

How it works on a migration program

From signed SOW to a defensible change request.

  1. 01

    Parse the SOW and MSA

Deliverables, exclusions, RACI tables and every written assumption become structured rules, including the ones buried in appendices.

  2. 02

    Build the assumption register

Each assumption gets an owner, an accountable party and a status. Client-owned dependencies are tracked separately from your own.

  3. 03

    Monitor Teams, Jira and email

Steering committee chats, architecture review threads and vendor emails are checked for requests and events that break an assumption.

  4. 04

    Resolve with evidence

A broken assumption produces either a change request with hours or a timestamped delay notice. The engagement lead approves before anything is sent.

Broken assumption, ready for steering committee

Walk into the steering committee with the evidence already assembled.

When assumption A-1 broke on the Kestrel Mutual migration, the engagement lead had the validation results, the client's request and the hour estimate in one pack. The cleanup became a separate work package rather than a silent overrun.

FAQ

Questions engagement leads ask.

Yes. The Scale plan includes a custom MSA clause rule engine, so master terms such as change control procedures and rate cards apply across every SOW under the agreement. Each SOW is parsed separately and linked to the MSA.

When a client-owned or third-party dependency misses its date, TWINJAM logs the slip with timestamps from the source thread and drafts a delay notice that references the assumption. The engagement lead reviews and sends it.

Yes. Teams channels and chats, and Outlook mailboxes you authorize, are monitored the same way as Slack and Gmail. Many consultancy customers run entirely on Microsoft 365.

The Scale plan offers regional data residency in the US, EU and India. Connectors are read-only, data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and TWINJAM never trains models on client IP.
