TWINJAM

For project managers & delivery leads

Walk into every client call with the clause, the thread and the hours.

TWINJAM does the Jira vs. SOW cross-checking for you, so you spend five minutes on triage instead of an afternoon assembling proof. You stay in control of every decision.

Try it: accept, mark in scope or dismiss each flag.

A day with TWINJAM

Marcus runs six fixed-fee projects. Here is his Tuesday.

Marcus is a lead PM at a 48-person product engineering agency. He used to spend Friday afternoons comparing Jira to PDFs. Now scope fits into the edges of his day.

  1. 8:45 am

    Morning triage, five minutes

Overnight, TWINJAM checked 140 Slack messages, 23 new Jira tickets and 9 pull requests across six projects. Four items need a decision. Marcus accepts two, marks one in scope and dismisses one. The dismissal teaches the rule for that contract, so the same pattern stays quiet next time.

Evidence pack before the client stand-up

Mapleview Health asked for a hospital SSO login path. Before the call, Marcus opens the evidence pack: the original request, the assumption it breaks and the hour estimate. He does not argue. He describes the request, shows the assumption and offers options.

Change order in under three minutes

The client liked the option. Marcus opens the draft TWINJAM prepared, adjusts one estimate, adds a second item from the morning triage and sends it through DocuSign. Total time: under three minutes, from flagged request to an itemized, SOW-cited change order.

Before and after

The manual checks you get to stop doing.

68% of agency PMs say they avoid change order conversations without objective evidence (TWINJAM PM survey, n=214, 2026). TWINJAM gives you that evidence by default.

FAQ

Questions PMs ask first.

Most PMs see two to six flags a day across their projects. Only high-confidence divergences become alerts. Lower-confidence items wait in the triage feed, and every dismissal or in-scope decision tunes the rules for that contract.

Always. Hours, rates, wording, payment terms and options are all editable. TWINJAM never sends anything to a client without a PM approving it.

The SOW Parser highlights ambiguous terms such as “reasonable revisions” or “standard integrations” during review, so you can set a working interpretation for the project and fix the wording in the next contract.
