Slack & Teams Monitor
Catch the scope creep hidden in “Can we just...” Slack messages.
TWINJAM reads the client channels you choose, recognises when a friendly question turns into new work, and routes it privately to your PMs with the clause and the hours attached.

Live triage
One shared channel. One private alert. One polite reply.
Click through the client thread to see how each message is classified, then pick a tone for the reply your PM can post. The client sees a human answer, never a bot.

New export format plus a column builder. Matches the explicit reporting exclusion.
Routed privately to #pm-scope-alerts.
Possible out-of-scope request in #client-halvorsen
“Also, can we just add a CSV export of all shipments with custom columns? Should be quick”
SOW § 3.2: Reporting is limited to the three dashboard views listed in Appendix B. Additional exports, scheduled reports or custom report builders are not included.
Draft a reply for the client thread
We'd love to build that, Lena! A CSV export with custom columns sits outside our current SOW (section 3.2 covers the three dashboard views), so we've drafted a quick change order: about 16 hours, $2,400. Happy to walk through it on Thursday's call, and we can slot it right after shipment detail ships.
The PM posts the reply. TWINJAM never writes in client channels.
“TWINJAM caught a 40-hour API request in a Slack thread before a single line of unbilled code was written.”
How it works
A referee in the channel, not a hall monitor.
The goal is a calmer conversation with the client, earlier. TWINJAM gives the PM the evidence and the words, and stays out of sight.

Private agency triage feed
Flagged requests are routed to a private channel such as #pm-scope-alerts, or a Teams channel, visible only to the PMs and delivery leads you add. Each flag carries the quoted message, a permalink, the SOW clause, a confidence score and an hour range.
- Daily digest option for quieter projects
- Per-project routing for multi-team agencies
- 02
Context-aware classification
TWINJAM separates conversation, questions about existing behaviour, in-scope requests and genuine expansion. It reads the thread, not just the sentence, so "can we also" after a contracted feature is judged against that feature's acceptance criteria.

FAQ
Questions PMs and founders ask
TWINJAM appears as an installed app in your workspace, like any other Slack or Teams app, and you can mention it in your kickoff deck if you prefer full transparency. It never posts in the shared channel. Flags go to a private agency channel such as #pm-scope-alerts, and any reply the client sees is written and sent by your PM.
No. It reads only the client channels an admin explicitly connects. Direct messages, group DMs, internal channels and file contents are never requested and never read.
Classification looks at intent and the specific SOW rules for that contract, not keywords. Questions, feedback and in-scope styling requests are ignored. Low-confidence items go to a review queue rather than pinging the PM, and every dismiss or accept tunes the rules for that contract. Most teams see alert volume settle within the first two weeks.
Yes, on the Agency plan. Gmail and Outlook connectors read threads you label or file for a contract and score them the same way, with flags in the same triage feed.
Slack flags typically arrive within 5 seconds of the message through the Slack Events API. Teams flags typically arrive within 15 seconds through Microsoft Graph change notifications.
