TWINJAM

Platform overview

The contract-aware layer for your agency delivery stack.

TWINJAM reads the SOW you signed, watches the channels and backlogs where work actually gets requested, and turns every out-of-scope request into a cited, itemized change order your PM approves.

14-day free production trial. Read-only OAuth connectors. No seat limits for delivery staff.

The delivery lifecycle with TWINJAM

From signed SOW to invoiced change order, in six steps.

Click through the lifecycle of a single request on a live project: a logistics client asking for a quick export in Slack, and the $2,400 change order it became.

SOW ingestion

Day 0, under 45 seconds

Upload the signed SOW, MSA schedules and any amendments as PDF or Word, or pull them from a Google Drive contract folder. TWINJAM reads layout, numbering and tables, so clause 3.2 stays clause 3.2.

Core engine

Three engines, one set of boundary rules.

Parsing, listening and impact estimation share the same contract model, which is why a Slack message, a Jira ticket and a pull request can all cite the same clause.

Contract NLP Parser

Reads SOWs, MSA schedules and amendments the way a delivery lead would: deliverables, explicit exclusions, revision caps, acceptance criteria, warranties and the client dependencies hidden in assumptions sections. Numbering and cross-references survive, so every later flag can cite clause 3.2 rather than page 8.

  • PDF and Word, scanned or native
  • Milestones, exclusions and caps as structured rules
  • Ambiguous terms flagged before monitoring starts

Multi-Modal Listener

One listener across Slack threads, Teams channels, Jira and Linear issues, Asana tasks and GitHub pull requests. It reads only what you connect and classifies intent, so a question about the export is ignored and a request for a new export is not.

  • Real time via each vendor's events API
  • Never DMs, never keystrokes, never personal activity

Impact Estimation Engine

Turns each flag into hours, money and schedule. Estimates come from your own historical velocity for similar work, the rate card on the contract, and the remaining budget, so the PM sees margin risk before a line of code is written.

Our operating promises

What TWINJAM never does.

A referee only works if both sides trust it. These limits are built into the product, written into our DPA, and covered in our SOC 2 Type II scope.

Read the security architecture
  • Never messages your clients

No automated message, reply or change order reaches a client without a PM clicking send.

  • Never acts as developer spyware

No keystrokes, screenshots, activity timers or per-person productivity scores. Ever.

  • Never trains public AI on your data

Contracts, code and client chat are not used to train any public or shared model.

  • Never reads what you did not connect

DMs, internal channels and unselected projects stay invisible to TWINJAM.

FAQ

Questions PMs and founders ask

No. TWINJAM connects to the Slack or Teams channels, Jira, Linear, Asana or GitHub projects and time trackers you already use. Developers keep working where they work today. The only new surface is a private PM triage feed and the TWINJAM dashboard for delivery leads and finance.

Most agencies start with the SOW Parser and the Slack & Teams Monitor on two or three live fixed-fee projects, because 82% of out-of-scope requests first appear in chat (TWINJAM onboarding audit, 2026). Task divergence, change orders and margin telemetry build on the same boundary rules, so adding them later takes minutes.

Never automatically. Flags, reply drafts and change orders are visible only to your agency until a PM approves and sends them. When a change order goes out, it goes from your agency's DocuSign, PandaDoc or email, under your brand.

Messages are processed in memory to score them against your SOW. TWINJAM stores the flag, the short quoted request and its permalink, not the channel history. Contracts are encrypted with AES-256 at rest, and no customer data is used to train any public or shared AI model.

By active client project workspace, not by seat. Studio is $399 per month billed annually for up to 5 active projects, Agency is $899 per month for up to 20, and Scale starts at $1,800 per month for unlimited projects. Every plan starts with a 14-day free production trial.
