Overview
How TWINJAM works with PandaDoc
Agencies that sell with PandaDoc proposals often want change orders to look like the proposal that won the work. TWINJAM creates a PandaDoc document from your change order template, fills the pricing table with itemized hours and rates, and adds the SOW diff and clause citation as a content block.
PandaDoc's pricing tables handle all three billing modes cleanly: fixed-price addendums as a single line, blended hourly as quantity times rate, and milestone adjustments as additions to existing milestone lines. TWINJAM maps each mode to the right table layout so finance does not need to rebuild anything.
As with every TWINJAM action that reaches a client, nothing is sent until a PM approves it. Document status updates flow back through PandaDoc webhooks.
In practice
A milestone adjustment, not a surprise invoice
For the two-language request, the PM chooses milestone billing. TWINJAM splits $4,650 across M3 and M4 in the PandaDoc pricing table, so the client approves an adjusted schedule rather than a separate bill.
The payload on the right is the event TWINJAM emits to your triage feed and to outbound webhooks, so you can route it into your own reporting.
