Overview

How TWINJAM works with DocuSign

Many agency clients already sign MSAs and SOWs in DocuSign, so a change order that arrives the same way feels routine rather than confrontational. Once a PM approves a change order in TWINJAM, it can be sent as a DocuSign envelope using your template, branding and signer routing, with the itemized diff and SOW citation on the first page.

TWINJAM listens for DocuSign Connect events and updates the change order as the envelope moves: sent, delivered, viewed, signed or declined. Signed change orders flow on to Harvest budgets and QuickBooks or NetSuite billing if you have those connected, so nobody has to chase the PDF.

TWINJAM never sends an envelope on its own. Every envelope is created by an explicit PM action, and the client sees a document from your agency, not from TWINJAM.

In practice

Signed before lunch

The PM approves CO-492 at 10:14 and sends it through DocuSign with the clause 3.2 diff on page one. The client signs at 12:31, and the $2,400 line is on its way to QuickBooks without anyone touching the PDF.

The payload on the right is the event TWINJAM emits to your triage feed and to outbound webhooks, so you can route it into your own reporting.

Setup

Connect DocuSign in about 5 minutes.

An admin connects once. PMs never need to re-authenticate, and you can revoke access from TWINJAM or the vendor's admin console at any time.

  1. 1Choose Connect DocuSign and sign in with a sender account.
  2. 2Pick a template, or let TWINJAM use its default change order layout with your logo.
  3. 3Set signer routing: client signer, optional client finance approver, and agency countersigner.
  4. 4Send a test envelope to yourself to confirm branding and fields.
