What you will do
- Own end-to-end design for the PM triage feed, the SOW clause diff and the change order editor.
- Run weekly research sessions with delivery leads at customer agencies and turn findings into shipped changes.
- Extend the TWINJAM design system across web, Slack Block Kit and Teams Adaptive Cards.
- Write the microcopy for flags, reviews and change orders with the same care as the layout.
What you bring
- 5+ years designing complex B2B products, with a portfolio showing dense, data-heavy workflows.
- Fluent in Figma, prototyping and design tokens; comfortable reviewing a pull request.
- Evidence of designing for trust: audit trails, permissions, approvals or financial documents.
Nice to have
- Prior work at a design or product agency, ideally on fixed-scope engagements.
- Experience designing chat-native interfaces in Slack or Teams.
- Accessibility expertise against WCAG 2.2 AA.
Missing a few of these is fine. We care more about how you think than about a checklist.
